Perfect

The hotel is very nicely decorated, you immediately feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and you try to fulfill the wishes right away. The food is excellent, the spa is very nice, the view of the mountains are pure final tension. We will definitely come back.

Perfect hotel

What an amazing hotel. The location is stunning, and if you have a room that faces the mountain your view will be mesmerising.
The whole hotel staff worked as an amazing team to make sure that our stay was superb from beginning to end.
We had a superiore room and it was perfect. Food is exquisite and beautifully presented. The dining room, like most Austrian hotels, is not air conditioned so during the hot weather became quite warm.
The spa area is lovely and well appointed, the pool area is small but well maintained, and is the family area of the hotel.

customer friendly and helpful

Family run hotel. Friendly and helpful on all fronts.
Good breakfast, jause and dinner. Rooms at the back nice view.
Only downside, as in all of Serfaus is the parking space. (is solved by parking car at about 300 meters in a garage.)

Always beautiful

We are repeat offenders and come to this hotel every now and then and we were thrilled every time. Nice big room, great food. At breakfast no wish remains unfulfilled, the snack with savoury and also with several delicious cakes and desserts and in the evening a 5-course menu. Nice service, nice spa...... For our family, the Alfa benchmark. How many times in the past have we said hotel quite good-but no Alfa.

Nice place, very good food and great service

A modern hotel in the middle of Serfaus with lots of comfort. Large bright rooms, noble ambience and beautiful pool.
Extra good review for the great service at the reception, in the service area, where the staff are attentive and fast, and also the room cleaning, which is rarely found in this perfection.
The food was excellent, the salads, the 5-course menus anyway, but also the varied and great breakfast.
Overall highly recommended, we have felt and very comfortable and will definitely come back.
