Bom custo-benefício
Peguei o meu quarto individual para eur44, sem reserva prévia, ao fim-de-semana. Na chegada na estação de trem, eu andei até o hotel. Você precisa procurar um caminho um pouco escondida que vai até a colina, no primeiro cruzamento que encontrar. Eu perdi-o e nos perdemos por horas 1/2.
No topo da colina, o hotel está situado acima de uma loja de tabaco, em frente a Bipa. Não tem nenhuma placa, então é melhor ligar para eles se você não consegue encontrá-lo. Parece ser operado pelo mesmo homem que sai da loja, que, por sinal, é muito simpática e prestativa.
O Pequeno-almoço é servido no restaurante ao lado. Mas existem alguns lugares para comer em torno do hotel a preços típicos do centro, em Viena.
Wifi gratuito mas tem má ligação à Internet por vezes, que é compreensível para uma localização de montanha.
O quarto tinha um cheiro agradável, com perfume de laranja palitos de aromaterapia. Também o mobiliário parecia novo, que acrescentou com o perfume. A única reclamação é sobre o chuveiro, que é a pressão baixa e levou muito tempo inicialmente para chegar quente. Mas, caso contrário, não poderia ser um melhor hotel de orçamento.

Good location; nothing more
The property is in a good location. In just a few steps you can reach various rentals and restaurants.
The base station is just around the corner and the local Billa is located vis-a-vis.
Own parking spaces are not part of the pension, so it can take a while before you find it in the crowded public parking lots.
Check-in is easy and fast. Early check-in is not possible.
The room was freshly wiped, you could smell the smell of chlorine, which despite ventilation held up well in the room.
The TV is operated directly on the device, remote control I could not find.
The water throughput of the shower is a bit meagre, so it takes time for the water to warm up. The tiles in the shower whitened black mold.
Sleep was on a double bed with reddish brown spots on the blanket and the head cushion.

Bad hotel
Almost no wifi you can’t watch YouTube.
The owner will shout at you if you exit your room past 20:00.
The coffe machine does not work.
The owner is not speaking english and he is shouting at you in German language.
The staff entered our room while we were falling asleep.
The heating platform does not work.
The toilet stinks because its blocked.
I found my pillow on the ground.
There is literally one soap.
Usual noise in the middle of the night.
So do not go here if you want a good hotel.
The owner will shout at you if you exit your room past 20:00.

Actually better than 3 but not quite a 4
Very good value for the money and excellent location. And clean, tidy and comfortable with good internet connection. But good luck finding it! The owner is lovely, very sweet and accommodating, but not really business focussed. Put up a sign, for heavens sake! Single room is great value, although of course on the tight side (we are in Europe after all) but doubles are spacious. No hairdryers in the room. A bit noisy between rooms and from outside, but nights are quiet, so not a major issue. Breakfast next door could be better. Ski in is a bit of a stretch, as you would ruin your skiis on the road and the paths treated with gravel - but it is indeed right next to the hill, so a few steps and you're there.

we slept in a refrigerator
We have been accomodated at the pension in January. They have not used the heating for days before. So it was extremely cold in the room. It was about midnight, when the temperature started to be ok.
In the neighbourhood room it was the same. It looks like the owner try to save money with the heating.
ASK THE OWNER TO HEAT UP the room minimum 24 hours before.
So for 110 euro/night , i do not want to sleep in a refrigerator
The breakfast was below average in a nearby smokey restaurant.
It was really difficult to find the pension, because it is not written anywhere its name. Call the owner when you arrive .
