Nice pension

It was wery nice and quiet place. Room was clean. We like also breakfast wich was versatile.
We dont have any bad opinion this place. We recommended everyone take this accommodation.
Its located short walking distance Hippach center where cam take train connection to Mayrhofen.

Lovely stay

This pension is cute and nicely renovated, located on the hill above Hippach, but still a walking distance from the town centre. However, it's really up the hill so the walk back to the pension can be a little bit difficult, especially in winter. But on the other hand the location is very quiet and relaxing.
They built a new breakfast room at the front of the house this year and it has stunning view into the valley.. it's a joy to start a day with such a view!
The rooms are cosy and clean, beds comfy with fluffy sheets and pillows :)
And the landlord is an absolute gentleman, very polite and welcoming. We arrived later than expected around 11pm and he was waiting for us and welcomed us with a big smile.
We will definitely come again :)

Comfortable

We went to Hippach at the begining of December. It was nice stay however it was before season, so most of the nearest restaurants were closed at that time. So planning trip take this into consideration as in Pension you will have breakfast only and won't have possibility to eat in 5km radius. Also in Pension there is no open kitchen or even microwave to prepare quick meal.
Pension is located at the side of the mountain not so far from Hippach center. Rooms are clean and big enough, but kind oldfashioned. For me it was ok as I went to ski at Hitertux glacier.
WiFi is available free of charge.
The only disadvantage is, that the owners doesn't speak English at all. So if you aren't speaking German, you'll have communication problem.

Skiurlaub im Zillertal Feb/März 2022

Unser erster gemeinsamer Urlaub im schönen Zillertal wurde durch unser Appartement zu einer rundum gelungenen Reise.
Wir sind sowohl bei der Anreise als auch jeden Morgen zum Frühstück von dem freundlichen und stets hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, Miro, begrüßt worden.
Das Frühstück in dem Panoramaneubau mit herrlichem Sonneneinfall und Blick auf das Tal könnten schöner zum Tagesstart nicht sein.Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen,da auf Nachfrage des Gastgebers jeden Morgen frisches Rüherei gereicht wurde. Das Frühstück wäre lediglich mit frischem Orangensaft zu toppen.
Mit dem Ausblick aufs Tal,dem Sonnenbalkon und einem sauberen,gemütlichen Zimmer blieben keine Wünsche offen.
Ein großes Lob an die Gastgeberfamilie!
Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in der Pension Waldegg!

Gerne nochmal

Die Pension Waldegg ist klein aber exzellent geführt. Die Zimmer und insbesondere das Bad sind top in Schuss. Das I-Tüpfelchen war der nagelneue Frühstücksraum mit Panorama-Blick ins Tal. Auch am Nachmittag hat man (im Februar) noch Sonne auf dem Balkon. Der Wirt hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und wieder hingebracht, was sonst mit Gepäck beschwerlich gewesen wäre. Ohne Auto ist der Weg ins Dorf und zum Skibus nichts für Fußlahme. Wir haben die Extra-Sport-Einheit aber genossen. Der Bus selbst ist in 5 Minuten bei der Talstation Horbergbahn ins Skigebiet. Mayrhofen. Was das Erlebnis perfekt machen würde wäre ein Kaffeeautomat für Milchkaffee und Cappuccino und eine kleine Sauna.
