Next year again!
Dear Stephan, we have now been with you for the second time. We are enthusiastic about the staff, the super nice and clean room, and of course the great food. The nice lady from room service deserves special praise. The entire facility with pools and sauna area is very well maintained and appealing. We are completely satisfied again and are already planning the next vacation.

Wonderful stay in Saalbach
We had a wonderful week at the VAYA Post. Beautiful well appointed room with a Mountain View, such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner were yummy.
Only room for improvement were our pillows that weren’t that comfortable but this is a minor point in what was otherwise a flawless stay.

Fed location
Super service. We got a big nice room but just outside the ski basement and had wanted a quiet place, but when I asked if it was possible to move were very helpful and we got another room the next day. Morning and evening food was really nice one chose the main dish and for and dessert the dish was take myself and fine. Elevator right by. Parking was easy behind and for 8 euros per night fine when you know it- Thanks to staff;)

Very nice hotel with super friendly staff
We felt very comfortable. The hotel is very good and there is nothing negative to report. We would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We would particularly like to thank Bettina from the reception and Magdalena from room service.
We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We will definitely come back.
It would be nice if the suites could be equipped with air conditioning in the future.

Great, BUT !!!!!
The hotel, the room, the amenities, the service: it was all around great, and the food was very good. However, the appetizer salads from the buffet and the breakfast selection were almost identical over the four days; one would have wished for a bit more variety, but that is complaining at a high level; the selection was good.
What really bothered me, however, is that in the photos and description, there is a nice outdoor area of the bar with a view of the village square, which I was very much looking forward to, to work there in between and to hang out and play with the family in the evenings. Unfortunately, the village square is currently undergoing extensive renovations, which is associated with a lot of construction noise. In the evenings, the construction site naturally does not cause any noise anymore, but the outdoor area is currently surrounded by a construction fence. The idyllic scene one expects from the photos unfortunately does not take place, and either you squeeze through the construction fence during the day to be scolded by the construction workers or you take a 5-minute detour to get to where you would actually be in 10 seconds.
On vacation, this is not a big time commitment, but the pictures look different, more idyllic, more beautiful.
We had our room in an annex, but those who end up in the main building can enjoy the sound of a jackhammer less than 10 meters away starting at 8:00 AM.
Given these accompanying circumstances, the room price was clearly too high. For the money (500,- € per night, penthouse, three people with a dog), I expect near perfection. The hotel is not to blame for the construction site but should temporarily adjust the prices and clearly indicate the current situation.
