Very nice
Very nice boardinghouse, modern, high tech, comfortable and clean… right downtown Kufstein. We came here for just a night but would come again anytime. Met one of the owners on the way out - ver nice. They have a keyless entry system which works well

An excellent stay!
Wow, wow and wow again, this place was incredible! It definitely lived up to the good reviews we had read online. I have stayed at many hotels, bed and breakfasts and resorts all over the world and I have never seen a place so clean and tidy, I was extremely impressed. Unbelievably excellent value for money!! The rooms are modern and cozy and the kids loved the bunk beds above our beds. We only spent one night here on the way to Wilder Kaiser from Munich, but I would have loved to stay longer. Friendly helpful staff, central and close walking distance to most places in the town. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for family
Hotel is located in the center of Kufstein, 3 min walk to Shopping Mall, very easy to buy daily needs.
Each apartment has access to a common area where is located a nice kitchen and a few tables. This area could be a nice place where a big group of families can eat and relax in the evening.
If you want to go out to eat is very easy because the apartment is located very close (walking distance) to main restaurants in Kufstein.
For skiers, the apartment doesn't have a ski room/ski boots dryer.
The appartment is very clean and very well maintained.
Overall our stay was a nice experience and 100% we will come back.

Perfect holiday locanf, great hosts!
We travelled with our family and a group of friends, with kids. We enjoyed it very much, especially that that the hosts, Esther & Alexander are being so friendly, offering us a lot of information and support during our stay, with sky tips as well as dining tips. One night Alexander even helped us to make a short time booking at the No 1 restaurant on TripAdviser as he knew the owner! All these details made our trip excelent , both in terms of skying as well as dining e experience!
I will point out shortly a few details which can be helpful. There is a play room (with sauna) just perfect for kids as well as for adults , closing at 10:00 pm. The location of the apartament is centrall so there you can find plenty of bars and restaurants around, as well as 2 malls (!). Fron Kuftein you have plenty options of sky slopes (10 to 30 km, 20-40 minutes driving). The acces on the floor is made based on a secret key offered by the host, sometimes can be a little annoing being to long but it is really secured. There is a living area with about 20 seats, and a kitchen fully equiped for dinner & breakfast preparation. A few of other things we really appreciated are the very good isolation between the living area and rooms, the exemplar cleaning as well as the small attention to detail
Not to mention we simply LOVED our room with view to the fortress , thank you again Esther and Alexander for making us feel really welcomed and enjoying so much our holiday in Kuftstein!

Serendipity choice turned fantastic
Esther and Alex is absolutely passionate about smart living ! The place is a mastery of interior design and smart functional living . The 5th floor sauna and relax / gym room overlooking the castle / fortress is great and having owners offering a separate sauna towel and slippers is so warm and friendly .
A happy discovery nearby is the resto Araucher Lochi which has a Guinness world record gin collection
