An unforgettable stay in a wonderful family hotel – I can recommend it to everyone

We visited this hotel with friends for five days. Great family atmosphere, very friendly staff. Perfect connection by ski bus to the Möslbahn. Stop right in front of the hotel, in just 4 minutes you are on the slopes in the Penken area. Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. No noise, perfect insulation. In the basement there are four types of sauna and enough deck chairs. Towels available, bathrobes too. Table tennis is also available. Easily accessible ski room and ski boot room. Very good cuisine, rich dinner and breakfast. You can also take the ski bus to other areas. The journey is longer, but the frequency of the ski buses is very good. Good beer at the bar and always nice service. Everyone is really very pleasant, nice and helpful. Parking for the car at the hotel is also sufficient, convenient and close. You don't miss anything. The hotel has three stars, but could easily get four. And the view of the Zillertal is unforgettable. For me it was a wonderful stay that I would gladly repeat at any time. I can only recommend it to everyone. Actually, I have never had a better stay on skis in the Alps or Dolomites. And I have tried many destinations in Austria and Italy. You can't go wrong with the Hotel Gletscherblick in Hippach. Perfect and unforgettable!!!!

Simply super

Excellent and friendly. Perfect. Super family hotel. Great sauna. Amazing view. Super connection to the ski lifts. Ski bus right in front of the hotel. A really small piece for skiing. Excellent kitchen and beautiful and spacious rooms. I will be very happy to come back.

Unique experience

Hotel is an interesting drive up the mountain. It is a beautifully presented and very tastefully decorated hotel and run entirely by a small family team who are very friendly and welcoming. We were often given free shots in the bar at nights as they interact with the guests. It is not a large hotel and we got the impression a lot of the patrons were returning guests. The hotel appears to be either new or completely refurbished. Rooms are quite large, very well equipped and comfortable and the whole place is spotless.
The food is just excellent, breakfast was buffet style enough to please everyone and the 4 course dinner at night is just amazing. U are given a choice at breakfast of 2 menus and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to try Austrian food that we probably would never have ordered in a restaurant.
Only disappointment was that there is nothing else to do from here, I had expected some mountain trails to be able to walk but there is only the main road that you drive up which has other hotels and houses. Views though are just glorious on a good day.
We stayed 4 nights and I could highly recommend this place for hospitality and comfort

A long way up, but worth it!

It is a long drive up from the valley to get here, twisting and turning, but the views just get better and better! You would need a car to stay here! The hotel is lovely with lots of character. On our first day we arrived late, after the kitchen had closed, but the owner prepared us a cold meal, which was lovely and unexpected.
We were half-board which I would recommend as all the food was superb (and it's quite a drive to go elsewhere! ). Breakfast was a buffet with a very large choice, something for everyone. There is plenty of parking, the Wi-Fi coverage is good. The staff exceeded our expectations, I highly recommend this for a visit to the Tyrol.

Perfektes Hotel mit günstiger Lage zur Seilbahn.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet, alles tip top sauber, gutes, reichhaltiges Essen, nettes Personal und das alles zu günstigen Preisen. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür und bringt die Gäste in 5 Minuten zur Möslbahn. Der Bus fährt alle 20 bis 30 Minuten.
