Wonderful experience

Very nice hotel with a spectacular location.
Spa and gym area nice, clean, and with super mountain views.
The managers are really nice and make you feel at home.
Excellent breakfast and dinner: very nice and tasty dishes.
We will definitely be back!

Be careful with the payment process!

Warning about this hotel: We had already paid the hotel price via Booking. The hotel has charged us the full amount at check out nevertheless again and now that we noticed it, refuses a refund. We now try to eliminate the double booking via charge-back. Be careful!

Hotel fine but fine dining out

Hotel fine, not very special but fine. The fact that you have to climb the mountain 4 kilometers on dirt road is also very special and fun. The rooms are otherwise neat. Only dinner is terrible. 4 courses and a disappointment each time. My son asked if the cook himself could taste it. Looks like the Austrians get a different menu than the foreign guests. Turns out you have to pay extra for the good menu. No problem but it is not indicated in advance that you can also order better food. We found out the last day. Just too late we had already been out to dinner twice. Actually, the worst thing is that if you complain about that, they say you should have found out for yourself and not offer a solution.

Regarding your concerns about the dinner, we would like to clarify that we do not offer different dining options for guests of different nationalities. We have one menu for all our guests. If there is anything on the menu, you do not like, you can inform us during breakfast, so that we can find an alternative that suits your taste.

Restaurant not recommended

It's a really beautiful location. Before, it was great there. Now unfortunately since a few years another, not welcoming, owner. Food was forgotten, little choice on the menu, sir brought children's spaghetti, why not know but he said so himself, only to pay for adult portions. The spaghetti was served lukewarm. I heard more people complaining about this! We weren't the only ones!

Summer or winter makes no difference. Everything is always beautiful

Hotel located at 2000 meters and rather isolated, but this is its strong point.
I stayed there with my wife in August and December. In both periods we were able to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the landscape that the place guarantees.
Immediately outside the hotel, the countless paths for summer excursions and snow-covered slopes for winter skiing begin in the renowned Sölden area (a comfortable moving walkway takes skiers on a snow-covered path connected to an anchor ski lift that takes you to the beautiful slope no. 2 from which the ski carousel begins).
Comfortable and clean hotel.
The rooms are welcoming and spacious.
Excellent and plentiful breakfast.
Refined and quality dinner.
The SPA is beautiful and relaxing.
Highly recommended
