A special boutique stay in Zug!

A special boutique stay in Zug!
We had a wonderful four-night stay in the penthouse suite (I believe was Suite 4), which was beautifully presented and featured a real log fire. The views were stunning, and the apartment struck a perfect balance between cosy, stylish living and the convenience of a hotel, including daily fresh towels and tidying.
What really sets Balma apart is the care and attention from Evelyn and her family. It's a small boutique place, and that personal touch is evident throughout. Evelyn is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the whole team made a genuine effort to ensure our stay was relaxed and memorable.
The food in the downstairs restaurant was excellent, and it was a real bonus to be able to order dinner to the apartment in the evenings. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with freshly baked bread each morning (which was outstanding) and lovely homemade jams. We also enjoyed meeting the family's new puppy, Lola, who quickly became a highlight of breakfast each day.
Balma is ideally located right in the peaceful village of Zug. It's an easy walk or ski down to the gondola, and the bus into Lech stops just at the bottom of the drive. There's also a ski-rental shop less than a minute's walk away, which made everything very convenient.
A thoughtfully run boutique stay with a genuinely personal feel - highly recommend.

The most welcoming and memorable stay we’ve ever had.

Incredible apartment in Balma suites and perfect for our ski vacation. All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. A short walk to the lift, amazing ski room and wonderful facilities. Clean, stylish and spacious apartments. We loved our stay!
Excellent bread selection baked every morning with homemade jams and everything you need for a perfect start to the day. The dinner was also fantastic with lots of delicious dishes and wonderful wine.
However, the real standout was the exceptional hospitality from Evelin and her family. Their warmth and attentiveness made this the most welcoming and memorable stay we’ve ever had.
We highly recommend apartments in Balma suites to anyone visiting Zug, Lech.

Beautiful apartment in an idyllic setting with a warm and welcoming host family.

We stayed with our children for 4 nights in the Balma Suite and had a very warm and welcoming experience! The lovely hostess took care of us like a mother. The suite we had booked was immaculate and outstanding in every category. A beautiful apartment with a fantastic view!

Gourmet food and great comfort

I stayed a few days at Balma suites in Lech and can really reccomend it. Loaction is perfect for good skiing and Evelin and her family who runs the hotel are the most wonderful people. They put their soul into cooking magically delicious food.

Absolutely stunning

We went to Das Adler Palma for 3 days to ski in Lech and this hotel was very nice. Our hosts were so nice and the hotel was warm and cozy and perfect for coming in on a cold day of skiing. It was a not far drive and was very fun and the road was very peaceful
