Outstanding service, spotless rooms, secure accommodation and managers who truly go above and beyond.
Our stay at the Albert Motel was simply outstanding. From the moment we made our booking until we checked out, the service was exceptional.
A special thank you to the managers, Karen and Uzi, who both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. When I first contacted the motel, we needed accommodation for two nights, but one of those nights was already fully booked. Karen kindly placed us on a standby list and, true to her word, called the very next day to let us know a room had become available. Her professionalism, friendly manner and terrific sense of humour made the booking process an absolute pleasure.
The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The motel is well maintained, feels very secure and is conveniently located right next door to the Services Club, making it easy to enjoy a meal or a drink without needing to drive.
What really sets the Albert Motel apart is its genuine customer service. While attending a special function in Moree, we waited over an hour for a taxi, only to discover that our booking had been cancelled without our knowledge. With only a few taxis servicing Moree that day, we were in a difficult position. We mentioned our predicament to Uzi, who immediately arranged for one of the motel staff to drive us to the function. It was completely unexpected and done without any fuss. That simple act of kindness turned a stressful situation into a memorable example of outstanding hospitality.
The Albert Motel has wonderful staff who genuinely care about their guests. Clean, secure and comfortable accommodation combined with exceptional customer service makes this an easy recommendation.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Moree.
