Great location close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Suited our needs perfectly for an event at ECU Joondalup and had fun at nearby Timezone and Powerplay

The young lady on reception was extremely pleasant and very helpful regarding parking. She was very knowledgeable about the area which was very helpful.
The hotel is in a good location, very happy with our stay, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re passing through

My team and I are really pleased your staff came back with positive feedback. We truly appreciate you letting us know.

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for staying with us, and for taking the time to share your feedback. It's great to hear the room and the dining options nearby worked well for you.
I also appreciate the feedback on the car park. Larger work vehicles can be a tight fit in some of our bays, and it's something we're very conscious of given how many of our guests are here for work. Our front office team are always happy to help with parking, so we can have a more suitable bay ready ahead of your arrival. We're also taking a look at the layout to see what we can improve for guests travelling with work vehicles.
Thank you again, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Quest Joondalup soon.
Kind regards,
Michael Chidlow
