Very professional I liked it and had fun with my partners..I thank the owners son for being so polite and humble for welcoming us and providing the best welcome for us..I also thank the staff for creating such a vibe for us..my friends birthday went well.

Hotel fraud

Hotel is / was fraud! All people, 14 of us had a problem with rooms. Photos were taken in the rooms just prepared for guests. Then they could not change us the room anymore, because all of them are the same. Not because hotel is full, we saw at the breakfast, that hotel is not full. Some rooms can be opened without key, some could not be opened at all, some rooms you could not lock the room, some have broken toilets, some broken windows, some can be unlocked with someone elses room key, basicly most pf them are dirty, and every day I had to reactivate the key card because the system is bad in general. It does not metter is the room 3rd or 7th floore, it's fraud!!!! Wifi in hotel also fraud! Instead of resting after exploring trips, we had to deal with room problmes! Again, hotel is a fraud! Local guides told us that there are normal hotels in that price range, and gave me some names (they knew the price range because before they did hotel checking for this agency from Bosnia and Herzegovina).

I am sorry that we did not make photo of prepared space for beakfast... There is whole restoran, but they prepare 4-5 tables and seperate them from rest of the restoran... They I realized.. that is the probably number of guests in hotel.
And this is not Algier and Afrika! This is bad hotel! I am sorry I can not pplace the video of opening some rooms door, without key.

Hotel closed quickly

Hotel very dirty sheets with weird stains towels torn ,Air conditioning not functional Noises following fight in the bar
which is on the 8th floor
It would be nice if the hygiene inspection could do a check

To flee

I still don't understand how this property can claim to be a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, I was surprised by the lack of professionalism of the staff (except reception). On several occasions, an employee entered my room without knocking or asking for permission. A total invasion of privacy and security.
Another unpleasant surprise: the mini-bar was not working. Even after reporting it, a very weak air conditioning yet in the middle of the summer dust everywhere... knowing that I took a junior suite

CATASTROPHE

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
On Thursday 09/01/2025 , my friend and I arrive at this hotel.
At the reception, we are each given their key (2 single rooms) and I pay the 2 rooms for 1 night
I go back to my room, I find things: medicines, clothes...
Then a gentleman enters the room!! Obviously it was his!
We go down to the front desk to explain this scandal, and then they say, SORRY BUT THE SYSTEM SAID THE ROOM WAS EMPTY
...
A LOT OF TIME AFTER I'm given another room
Late at night, my friend and I decided to stay for 2 nights. So I go to the reception and pay the second night to be quiet.
On 10/01/2025 the day after the first night, my friend is asked to leave his room
When they tell them I paid for my room and his for a second night, they call us "liars"
We had to use the cameras
...
LATE AT NIGHT (last night) I slept in my room, and then a couple comes home! They rented my room that I occupied for the second night in a row!!
When we go down to the reception, we are told (again) SORRY BUT THE SYSTEM SAID THE ROOM WAS EMPTY

I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
I'VE TRAVELLED (almost) ALL OVER THE COUNTRY, STAYED IN SEVERAL HOTELS, BUT NEVER HAD SUCH A CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE AS THIS
DON'T GO.
IF YOU TAKE A ROOM, ANYONE CAN ENTER YOUR ROOM AT ANY TIME: IF YOU SLEEP HE'LL COME HOME, IF YOU'RE OUT HE'LL COME HOME AND FIND ALL YOUR STUFF AND TAKE WHAT HE WANTS
