The Hotel is amazing, the staff? Out of this world ✨️

My experience at the hotel was great, not only because it was clean and very well organized, but because the staff was so nice , warm, kind, helpful and extremely welcoming.
Khaoula, one of the cleaning staff, guided me to my room , helped me settle in, checked on me a few times and made sure I wasn't lacking any necessities in the room. She was kind enough to suggest places to visit in the city and even offered to get me a driver for my trip. Her welcoming spirit, warm smile and generous hospitality really made me feel home.
Yasser, one of the night managers , was so helpful with guidance and support. He advised me on all measures I needed to follow and was so kind and calm in his communication. He helped me get food and assistance when I needed it and made sure I lacked nothing.
The whole staff was kind, welcoming and friendly. If I wouldn't go back for the organization and cleanness, I'd DEFINITELY go back for how amazing the staff treat their guests✨️

The hotel is okay for a quick stay. The only issue is that they would not allow my friends to visit the room. It was the World Cup and we wanted to meet before the game and the security basically told us that we could not have guests over in our room. We ended up going to Novotel to watch the game, but it really put a damper on our mood. If guests are not allowed they should have told us when we arrived and checked in. I would not stay here again and would stay at Marriot.

Pleasure, tranquility, reunions.

1 - The pleasure of returning home after a long absence, not to Constantine but to your home.
2 - Tranquility, silence, and discretion are always present.
3 - Reunions, I am speaking of Ms. Wissem, always in a good mood, smiling, and delighted to see me again after my absence; she makes you feel at home with a magnificent welcome without checking the reservation history; she knows I have stayed at this establishment, while at the reception, I was treated like an ordinary client, just a passing guest. My children adore her; she takes great care of them. Wissam has made a lasting impression on my daughter with her kindness and small gestures. Bravo!
Of course, we must not forget the boss, Mr. Fayçal from the bar; he is now assigned to the restaurant. Similarly, he is a classy man present for the clients. Bravo! As always, I was delighted to see him again.
I recommend asking for both Wissem and Fayçal upon your arrival; they are gems of the staff.

Thank you sincerely for your wonderful and heartfelt feedback. It is truly a pleasure to know that returning to our establishment feels like coming home, and that you continue to find the tranquility, silence, and discretion that make your stays special.
We are especially touched by your kind words about Wissem and Fayçal. Their genuine care, warmth, and attention to our guests are exactly what we strive to embody, and we will be delighted to share your appreciation with them. Knowing that Wissem has created such a beautiful and lasting impression on your daughter is particularly meaningful to us.
Your loyalty and continued trust are the greatest compliments we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you and your family home again very soon.
With our warmest regards

This is decent accommodation that is located centrally. Staff was helpful and welcoming. It felt safe.
It's giving Motel 6 vibes. Similar style and color, everything was a bit run down. TV didn't work, and the knob to adjust cooling was broken.

This hotel asked me to pay cash, which was what I wanted. I paid them at arrival and everything was good, so I did not even ask for a receipt. HUGE mistake as they charged me for the room over my card anyway and this way I have paid twice. I did complain through Hotels.com and I just got the answer that "After multiple attempts to contact the property on your behalf, we were unable to obtain approval for a waiver"...
