Enjoy your stay

Last minute booking I had a very good reception the room was clean with a small refrigerator. Breakfast was hearty and full.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is well located close to shops and tram.

The quality of Hotel Ikram is poor , which the WiFi facility is not working in any level of the hotel. Just working by the reception.
The beds are not comfortable.
The staff were not helping the customers during their stay in the hotel.

Good hotel, but disappointing breakfast

Very good hotel, which I recommend.
The location is great and the room was clean. On the other hand, I was disappointed by the breakfast, which does not correspond at all to the one shown in the photos: only a coffee pudding with a croissant... not even a bottle of water or a juice!!!!!!

Horrible

This hotel should be avoided. Nightmare experience. They are unable to verify a reservation. Forced to call them back twice to be told that I can't come because my reservation is out of date . They are unable to verify properly. I am offered a room where the sheets have not been changed, the toilets are soiled (urine and hair as a bonus), the shower and mirror are dirty and the furniture is dilapidated. I go back down to reception, the gentleman acts surprised and offers to take me to a second room which is in a worse state. I ask them for a refund which of course they refuse. Fortunately my driver sensed the scam and picked me up at 9 p.m. and left to look for another hotel, angry and exhausted. Big scam.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as it is conveniently located in the city. The service provided was very good, and the price was reasonable.
