Wonderful!
I had been hesitating to try this hotel for years!!! - Total success, colossal for the region
Regarding the room, comfort, extreme cleanliness, and space including even a real desk.
As for the restaurant, I ultimately decided to eat there every day because it was so good.
Finally, a magnificent spa with plenty of options.
I truly recommend it.

Nice, but not again
Nice place, tasteful and redesigned, room nice, food according to expectations, but also not anymore.
How to get there: The mentioned provision of the rooms from 15:30 is unusually late, but has been undershot.
The allocation of voucher cards for the afternoon snack is a good idea, the meticulous query afterwards only annoying.
The spa area is nicely designed. Many small saunas and areas for about 4 people on average.
Lounges only possible in relaxation rooms, or in the indoor pool. The outdoor areas are unfortunately completely inadequate for a hotel of this class. On the road about 20 loungers. The outdoor pool with 4x3 meters ridiculous.
There are significantly better alternatives in the area.
The staff prefers to discuss rather than comply with wishes. e.g. hot water for tea making is only available in the vending machine, but the heat is not enough. Only after several requests I received water from the kitchen for a cup!

Economic interests before humanity
We have spent three times very happy a weekend in this wellness hotel.
Unfortunately we had to have a less positive experience on our last booking. Due to a medical emergency, we were forced to cancel. Although it was a comprehensible exceptional situation, in our view the operational and economic interests clearly stood before guest satisfaction. That disappointed us a lot. Ultimately, we paid almost 800 € for nothing. The credit we were offered was subject to conditions we could not meet. Here the hotel showed very inflexible and little human.
It's a shame, because actually we liked coming here. In these circumstances, however, we will not book another stay.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie sich in dieser Situation unflexibel behandelt fühlten. Als Hotel sind wir jedoch bei jeder Buchung – wie in der Reservierungsbestätigung vereinbart – an wirtschaftliche Planungen gebunden. Um unsere Gäste vor genau solchen unvorhersehbaren Situationen zu schützen, empfehlen wir grundsätzlich den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Dennoch wollten wir Ihnen entgegenkommen: Da eine kostenfreie Stornierung zu diesem späten Zeitpunkt vertraglich nicht mehr möglich war, haben wir Ihnen aus Kulanz eine Gutschrift (über 455,60€) angeboten, die bis Oktober 2026 gültig ist. Damit wollten wir Ihnen über ein halbes Jahr Zeit geben, den Aufenthalt nachzuholen. Dass Sie diesen großzügigen Zeitraum bereits jetzt als nicht erfüllbar ablehnen, bedauern wir sehr.
Wir haben Sie in der Vergangenheit immer sehr gerne als Gast bei uns begrüßt. Es ist schade, dass unsere Bemühung, eine kulante Lösung außerhalb der Stornobedingungen zu finden, Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnte.

Short trip to relax
"Overall, the Hotel Dirsch is a very clean and well maintained house. Nevertheless, a few points at the called price could not completely convince us:
Wellness: The sauna area is tidy, but the individual saunas are quite small. Particularly disappointing was that there were no infusions, what you actually expect in this price category. Saunas are only open from 12:00 so a very long morning only by the pool.
Gastronomy: The food from the buffet was good in taste, but did not correspond to the value for money. At least the main course could be served. In addition, we found the time windows for meals to be very tight.
Service: The fact that the bar was closed unfortunately made the evening uncomfortable.
For a wellness weekend the hotel is okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of flexibility and value for money, we were glad to have booked only the Sunday special."

Slightly disappointing
Loud room, constant buzzing from an exhaust fireplace right next to the room. No room service despite request. Wellness area quite nice. Food only as a buffet. Overall not quite cozy. Value for money not good. Will not come again.
