Wellness focused

Very nice hotel to stay for personal or business activities. The rooms are spacious, all necessary services are available, environment is quiet and you are welcome like family.
The staff is friendly and benevolent, focusing on your wellness during your stay.
The hotel restaurant provides great Italian food.
I recommend this hotel according the very good experience I had there.

This hotel needs to be pimped

This hotel is clean , has super fast and free wifi however the furniture , beds and general decoration is of the 80 s, Which is a pity because the owners are very friendly people and they want to make you feel at home. But for that feeling the hotel is to old fashioned. Old tv ,old bed, old bathroom. But clean. Nothing to blame but just not want you want when you spent 100 night abroad during the year. Good attempt
but not good enough anymore in 2017.

Loved it.

Great place to stay should you ever need to spend time in Remscheid. My partner and I stayed for two nights at the end of December and the hotel was almost empty and therefor very quiet.
The rooms were big and spacious, clean and the beds very comfy.
Breakfast was and additional €8.00. Well priced for the buffet that offered anything you would possibly want.

A small and calm place

Unfortunately I can't say too many things about this hotel because I have spent only one night here. But I can tell, that the staff was really kind and helpful and the room was enough spacious, well equipped and clean. I can tell the same things about the bathroom also.
There is free wifi in the hotel, you have to ask for the password at the reception. Breakfast is the common continental food, but it was quite good.
You can reach the parking place if you go down directly next to the building - not so wide way but steep.
The surrounding area is really nice, hills and trees everywhere. Ramscheid is a small place so everything is close there, but other bigger cities (e.g. Düsseldorf, Wuppertal, Köln...) are only half, one and a half hour trip away. So if you can't find place in that cities, you can stay here and you will have a calm and good place to rest.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotelparkplatz bringt einen ungeübten Fahrer schnellan seine Grenzen.

Als wir anreisten war das Hotel noch gschlossen. Auf das Klingeln erschien umgehend der sehr freundliche Wirt. Mit einem Schmunzeln erzählte er uns, er hat uns das Zimmer mit Badewanne und zusätzlicher Dusche reserviert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und die Betten bequem. Das Frühstück reichlich, Fazit alles i.O. nur der Parkplatz. Mein Auto hat mit Spiegel einen Breit von 2,17 mtr. Die sehr steile Abfahrt stellenweise 2,27 mtr.
