Nice hotel

The reception was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are perfectly fine and above all clean.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was friendly, and the service was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Envar and the rest of the staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and made me feel right at home. Their warmth and professionalism truly made the experience memorable.

Disappointing

Our stay from 31.8. to 1.9. with you in room 216 was disappointing!
We stayed at your place on the Recommendation of friends from Iserlohn on the occasion of a larger family celebration. We had been told by the friends your rooms were renovated. Looking at your home page, we thought we found this confirmed: “Enjoy your stay! .... After a complete redesign, the house presents itself anew ......"
Room 216 has not been renovated for many years. Significant deficiencies: long pasted inspection access of the shower, moldy silicone joints, old water damage of the bathroom door, stained carpet, torn curtain, view of a wall immediately in front of the room window. All this contrasts massively with the impression given by the photos on your home page. Additionally, we received a musty smell in the room, which indicated hygienic problems in this room.
According to the friendly lady at the reception there were no quality differences in the other rooms. Therefore, changing rooms would not have been helpful.
It goes without saying that we could not encourage our friends and guests from Iserlohn to recommend your hotel.

Very good, comfortable hotel. The friendly reception and the service in the hotel bar are particularly noteworthy. The hotel is characterized by quiet rooms. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. ¢€xx,,,,,,, xx y,,,,,,,xxxxyy, y,€xx
