Rooms were spacious and clean.

Large spacious room. Comfy beds, room was clean. Staff were helpful. Well positioned about 20 min walk to cathedral however the tram line outside hotel offers regular cheap transport to all the sites. Breakfast offered a good selection although was busy. The hotel was a large building which also hosts events and conferences so during our stay was busy at times in public areas but this did not impact our stay.

Dinner w/ friends

We wanted to dine out. My friends knew of this Bavarian style restaurant, so we went there. Friendly and attentive service, nice atmosphere good food, easy to get to. Without a doubt, I’ll come and eat there again.
Soup: potato soup
Main dish: pasta with beef stripes and potato salad
Desert: apple strudel
Beer: “Schwarzbeir”

ein Typisch bayerischer Gasthof..............

wir waren mit den Motorädern unterwegs im Bayerischen Wald und haben uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden, ideale Lage in der Nähe von mehreren Sehenswürdigkeiten.................
die Zimmer waren sauber mit bequemen Betten, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant, Parkplätze direkt am Landhotel.................
wir kommen gerne wieder....................

Bayerische Küche mit großem Außenbereich

Auf der Rückreise fanden wir dieses Lokal und kehrten ein. Die Bedienungen wiesen uns, wegen des großen Andranges, gleich zu Beginn auf eine kleinere Wartezeit hin was uns positiv in Erinnerung ist. Unsere Getränke kamen in kurzer Zeit und die Speisen dauerten ebenfalls nicht lange. Wir würden hier wieder einkehren wenn wir in der Nähe sind.
Die Speisen sind gut zubereitet und schmackhaft. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich.

Durchschnittliche Gastronomie mit Luft nach oben

Freundliches gelerntes Personal; Hatte einen bayerischen Krustenbraten mit wenig Kruste... ansonsten auf der Karte auch viel 'Standard', das wenig mit Bayern zu tun hat. (Schnitzel mit Pommes) - hatte mir mehr 'Einheimisches' erhofft.
