Extremely rude
Definitely not to be recommended, no decorations wanted, we only celebrate the way the owner wants it!
I reserved my son's birthday party for July back in May. We still had a few open questions! I tried several times over the course of weeks to reach someone by phone, without success! A few days ago, after I still hadn't reached anyone by phone, I wrote an email with my open questions; no reply, only that I should call him on his mobile number! I did that yesterday on Saturday; no answer! Today, on Sunday, my husband called and asked the first question, "when can we set up the decorations," to which he replied in an aggressive tone, asking what we want with these decorations and that he doesn't want any decorations here because it's too much trash! We also wanted to know what the situation was with the payment, to which the boss replied, "can't you read, it's all in the emails"! I then called the boss again and asked him the question again since my husband hadn't received a proper answer. He also told me that the decorations were total trash and that the children only want them because the parents talk them into it and decorations have no place there, and who do we think we are to call on a Sunday and ask such questions! He also wrote the following to my husband: "It would be better and nicer than all that decoration trash if the children sang a birthday song together with their parents for the birthday cake."
It is a catering business; you would think that if birthdays are offered from Monday to Sunday, you could reach out to them on the weekend! Sorry, but it's the principle of the thing. I am happy to take my trash with me (you do that at the lake, too), but you can communicate that differently and in a nice tone! I work in the hotel industry myself; if we treated our guests or customers like that, we wouldn't have a business anymore.......I canceled the birthday party and requested a refund of my reservation fee! You don't talk to customers like that. He wants to earn money; that definitely won't work this way! And then he wants to dictate to me what is good for my child, what I should do with him, and how! Yes, I am a mother, and yes, I work full-time, but I still have time for my child. And I certainly don't need to have this person dictate how my child has to celebrate his birthday! Spend your money somewhere else!

Wohnwagen Stellplatz für Thermenbesuch
Wir haben mit dem Wohnwagen auf dem Hof übernachtet.
Es sind acht Stellplätze vorhanden.
Leider nur eine Toilette und eine Dusche, für die ganzen Leute.
Strom ist über einen Automaten zu beziehen und funktioniert sehr gut.
Stellplätze sind auch okay nur nachts ist etwas laut wegen der Frösche.
Zur Therme ist es ein kurzer Fußmarsch.
Es sind acht Stellplätze vorhanden.
Leider nur eine Toilette und eine Dusche, für die ganzen Leute.
