Kindness, humor and absolute organizational talent

The overnight stay was booked at very short notice on the occasion of a trade fair visit. The boss convinced with his authentic, extremely friendly demeanor with a healthy dose of humor.
All disability-related wishes were fulfilled immediately.
Gluten-free breakfast:
What's the problem? I'll buy you a spicy bread. Said, done.
Forgotten utensils? Immediate notification.
Parking solutions? The seemingly impossible was made possible with System.
Such a friendly organizational talent has not yet come to my attention on the occasion of the numerous business trips.

Clean, friendly staff, near the airport, near the metro station, this is my favorite hotel in Dusseldorf

10 /10, near the airport, near the metro station and you can walk to the trade fair
A gentleman owner with friendly staff, i like to visit some summer to enjoy the beautiful Garden, 5 minutes by walk, you can reach the metro station then catch the old Town within 15 minutes

Amazing

Absolutely fantastic accomodation very close to airport.the host was the most accomodating I have ever met with a great knowledge of the local area and extremely helpful.anybody visiting dusseldorf for a long or short term visit I would highly recommend making this your away from home

Nice Boutique Hotel

Rooms was so clean, breakfests was so nice and spetial. It number one for me out of Turkey. Hotel owner Uwe was so gentilmen. Benjamin so lovely and helpfull. Thankyo7 for everythink. Always cameback again.

Super friendly, convenient and clean

Quick review -->
- Super friendly staff (especially guy at reception)
- Less than 10 minutes taxi from airport.
- Very clean rooms. Mini bar drinks included in room price, which is nicely stocked.
- Owner personally drove us to the airport (which is a nice touch).
Myself and my girlfriend stayed for one night to attend the Beyoncé concert and this was exactly what we were looking for; clean, friendly staff and close to the Esprit Arena.
Highly recommend this hotel! We had a fantastic stay. We can't stress enough how nice the people who run this hotel are :)
