Never disappoints!
I'm a fairly frequent visitor to Berlin and whenever I go I always stay at Numa Drift. The rooms are well equipped with utensils/plates, large fridge and a microwave should you wish to prepare good in your room. Rooms include a coffee machine and a kettle, along with a plentiful supply of teas and coffee.
Each time on arrival there has been a couple of beers and a couple of soft drinks provided, a nice touch.
Toiletries are provided in each room and the shower are fantastic.
The beds are comfortable, the pillows are soft, the rooms are very clean and each time I've stayed there the Aircon has worked perfectly. If you require bedding, towels, more coffee or laundry facilities, they are all there for you on the first floor.
The location is great, plenty of shops, bars and eateries close by, along with fantastic links to public transport.
The only issue I had was on my previous stay, there was a slight issue with WiFi dropping out, I contacted staff via WhatsApp and, though it was unable to be resolved instantly as it was fairly late, it was addressed the next morning.
I wouldn't really look beyond staying here when I return next time.

Unprofessional and incompetent staff.
My experience was very poor.
The air conditioning in the room was broken. After more than 2 hours, the hotel staff provided me with another room. During that time, I had to book another hotel as I had an appointment and could not wait any longer. Instead of apologizing for the circumstances, they refused to refund the overnight costs.

no reception, delay on the messages, one night someone stranger enter the colleague's room. the breakfast was very poor.

Great convenience and quality!
I was really impressed with this budget hotel. Very convenient and clean, modern hotel room with everything I needed. Very close to the U-Bahn station, many restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Easy to get to from the Hauptbahnhof train station. Laundry on premises, and access to everything is by a key code. It's common sense, but I thought I would mention that you shouldn't let someone in the front door if they don't have their own code.

Excellent hotel
Numa is a great location to stay station just across the road. Towels, bedding all spotless. There was no noise at all, microwave and cooking was easy all utensils provided. If you ordered a airport taxi privately then make sure you check the vehicle reg number as i got in wrong taxi and was scammed out of 25 euro by going around the block and then my original taxi was not there had to get a bolt another 34 euro, just be warned.
