⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very good hotel with a great location and attentive service.
We were in Berlin for a few days and felt very comfortable overall at the INNSiDE by Meliá Berlin Mitte. The location in particular is really great. The nearest subway station is only about a 4-minute walk away. You can also reach the Brandenburg Gate on foot in about 20 minutes, and the train station is also quick to reach.
We had a very positive surprise upon our arrival: My brother is physically disabled, and we were offered an accessible room right on the spot – without us having asked for it. The room was equipped accordingly, including a seat in the shower and grab bars by the toilet. This thoughtfulness really pleased us, and we thought it was great that they were so considerate. ❤️
Another nice surprise was the offer to forgo daily room cleaning. In return, we received a drink on the house every day, for example, a soft drink. A small thing that we were still very happy about.
The breakfast was well-attended, but everything was always available. If something was empty, it was quickly refilled. It is a classic hotel breakfast, and for us, it had everything we needed.
There are, of course, a few small points of criticism as well:
There is currently a large construction site directly in front of the hotel. The work began quite early in the morning. The hotel is, of course, not responsible for that, and it is presumably only temporary.
At breakfast, it was sometimes a bit difficult for us to find a suitable spot with a physically disabled person, as there are many high tables that we unfortunately could not use. After waiting a short while, however, we always found a suitable spot.
On the last night, the air conditioning or the control panel for the temperature setting in our room suddenly started beeping. The noise was unfortunately very annoying. We reported this directly when checking out.
It is also sometimes very loud outside at night. But here, too, one must say: It is Berlin. Anyone staying in the middle of the city must expect a bit more hustle and bustle and traffic.
Our conclusion: We would come back anytime. Especially the central location, the friendly accommodation, and the natural consideration for my brother's needs left a very positive impression on us. If we vacation in Berlin again, we would definitely choose this hotel again. ❤️

Das störende Piepen der Klimaanlagensteuerung in der letzten Nacht tut uns leid, vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung beim Check-out, unser Technikteam prüft dies umgehend.
Dass Sie trotz der typischen Großstadtgeräusche unseren doppelt verglasten Fenstern eine Chance gegeben haben, wissen wir sehr zu schätzen, Innenhofzimmer bieten hier übrigens noch mehr Ruhe.
Zuletzt strahlt uns Ihr Lob zum stets gut gefüllten Frühstücksbuffet mit schnellem Nachschub direkt aus der Küche entgegen, da machen unsere Köchinnen und Köche gleich noch eine Extraportion Müsli bereit!

A friendly, well situated hotel.
The hotel is really well situated only 1 minute's walk from the NaturKindeMuseum where there is a U Bahn station. It is only a 30 minute walk to the Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag.
The staff were all super helpful and spoke excellent English, they gave advice on travel and attractions. There was a real variety of people staying there from couples to young families.
The room was perfectly fine, it was clean and well appointed, but does lack a kettle, which, as an English man, I missed having the opportunity to make tea continuously. Aircon was OK.
The food was excellent. I stayed half board which provided a buffet style breakfast with cereal, toast, tea, coffee, fruit and a small variety of cooked food. Evening half board meals had there own separate menu to the main one, but it was very good with large portions. It represented good value for money at about £2k for two people in one room with breakfast and evening meal for 7 days and return flights from the UK.

The hotel was lovely, greatly situated to walk to most sights, the staff were amazing especially 1 Italian lady who worked reception

Liked it a lot
Very nice modern vibe property that felt welcoming. Our bedroom was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. It was nice that the drinks in the minibar were free. The bathroom was fairly modern too. Breakfast was great with a huge choice and the opening hours were very convenient. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed that. Location wise, it's 2 mins walk from a U-bahn station and there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket really close by. Very easy to get to all the tourist spots. Overall, I would highly recommend the Innside!
