Wonderful

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week (family of 2 adults and a 14-year-old girl). As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere and the welcome seemed positive to us, but the stay was truly wonderful. In addition to the location, which enjoys an excellent position (outside the chaos of the center) convenient for reaching any location, with a beautiful sea view, the property is very beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything necessary (including a fridge and safe). Breakfast in the morning is adequate with sweet and savory options and a good espresso coffee for being abroad. But the real strong point is the STAFF, Armando the owner/manager, a very young guy but truly capable and helpful, Bella (by name and by nature) has infinite grace and sweetness, Emiliano the right-hand man runs at a space-age speed, the girl at the reception, the cleaning staff, the kitchen and bar staff are all committed to ensuring the stay is wonderful. During this week, Tuesday evening there was a tornado (something never seen before), fallen trees, shattered hotel and house windows, flying road signs, no electricity and water, in short, in a few minutes it destroyed everything. All the hotel staff immediately worried about the guests, the owner accompanied those who were unfortunately injured to the hospital, and all together they started to clear the fallen trees, the torn-off canopies, and the destroyed tables until the early hours of the morning. Without giving in to despair but with great commitment. Very well done! And seeing above all that they are young people is even more appreciable.
We also had dinner one evening at the hotel, very good, fresh, and varied sushi, well-cooked seafood linguine with plenty of fish, and soft and juicy chicken breast.
Do not miss this hotel if you come to Saranda!
We thank you for this beautiful vacation and will definitely return!

AMAZING!

Absolutely amazing!!! Amando and frabrico ( hope i spelled your names right) where phenomenal... my family and i where there for a wedding. Organised our transport too and from thw venue and the port!! 100% will be staying there again next time we vist Albania... even tho its a 26hr flight we will be back!!!

Perfect, perfect and a stone's throw from the center

But what about!!! Traveled as a couple, without the need to jump into the chaos of loud music and the frenetic boom-bum-bum of Albanian party nights. We needed a quiet location and parking available to avoid the forest of cars set on the roads at their best. Clean hotel, perfect, the hostess is very friendly, you eat very well, what to expect more? Thank you.

Wonderful 'final' of our road trip!

We stayed at the Saranda hotel for three nights at the end of July/beginning of August 2023. We experienced these days as a wonderful 'final'; from our road trip through Albania. Hostess Eva is super sweet and helpful, pleasant and (authentic) interested <3! She absolutely understands the concept of hospitality: she knows how to give her guests the feeling of 'coming home' in the Saranda hotel. Nice, clean rooms, which are neatly tidied every day + a downright fantastic view over the Ionian Sea, from the terrace/restaurant of the hotel (which, by the way, has a very good kitchen/Yucca Bar, check!). It is especially beautiful in the evening! The hotel has a nice, chill vibe; nice and simple - beachy - decorated. In any case, the location is very favorable, at least we think. It is located on the more relaxed side of Saranda. On the other side you will find more 'fair' as we call it, with a Ferris wheel, a crowded boulevard, etc. We went for relaxed vibes and we found that 100% in this hotel!! Location in relation to the beach: cross the road, descend about 100 meters and you are there. You will find quiet beaches (with nice tents); close to the place where the ice-cold water of the Blue eye flows into the sea. Nice to let yourself float on the waves on your air mattress. Our room did not have a sea view, which we initially thought was a shame, but it was otherwise a neat room, with a balcony and a view over the city and with a cute sea-blue bathroom. Eva has promised us a room with a sea view for next time :-). In other words: we will go back again! Thank you Saranda Hotel. Thank you Eva! Remmers family, Houten, The Netherlands.
